While serving as the Director of Creative Services at American Botanical Pharmacy, I led the management of 125 active products encompassing packaging, digital asset creation, and new product launches. By establishing and maintaining a comprehensive Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, I ensured ongoing synchronization with change logs and automatic backups. This contributed to a 65% increase in error-free, on-time delivery of creative projects.

 

Additionally, I developed training programs for creative and marketing staff, boosting workload balance and inter-team communication. I developed packaging solutions in various languages, including advanced 3D renderings to assist marketing campaigns.

 

My experience in vetting competitive bids for printing projects and managing press checks ensured high-quality final products. I also championed the annual planning and management of both US and international tradeshows, overseeing booth designs from conceptualization to setup.
